How It Works
1. Upload Your Data
• Choose your Excel or CSV file from your computer.
• Click the “Choose File” button to upload.
• The system automatically validates phone numbers and imports them.
• Invalid or incomplete records are excluded at send time.
2. Create a Template
• Enter a message title and body.
• Enrich your design with emojis, symbols, or unicode tags.
• Personalize with variables like {{name}}
, {{phone}}
.
• Your template is ready — hit “Save”.
3. Connect Your Account
• Go to the “WhatsApp Connection” page from the menu.
• Scan the QR code on the screen with WhatsApp on your phone.
• The connection is established in seconds; you’ll see a confirmation.
• All sends are now performed via your WhatsApp line.
4. Launch a Campaign
• Create a “New Campaign”, select your data source and template.
• Define your target audience with filters or segments.
• Set date, time, and repeat intervals.
• Click “Start Campaign”; messages are queued — sit back and relax.
